Diguang Held Commencement Ceremony for Its New Facility in Guangming

Diguang today announced that its new plant, Diguang Digital Hi-tech Industrial Park (Phase I), held a commencement ceremony at 9:30 a.m., December 25, 2009, and is scheduled to be completed by September 2010.

Diguang Digital Hi-tech Industrial Park is located in Jiazi Tang Industrial Area, Guangming New District, Shenzhen, China with a total construction area of 50,983 square meters, including the plant area of 44,000 square meters. This new plant will manufacture the Company’s large-size LED backlights, LED monitors, LED TV’s and LED lighting products. It will become operational and begin production by the end of 2010.
